Purpose of TTS Tax-Time-Saver (TTS) is designed to eliminate the manual entry of data from bank statements in PDF format, whether these PDFs are downloaded directly from online banking systems or generated from scanned paper statements provided by clients. TTS uses artificial intelligence to read data from statements and categorize transactions as Credit (funds added to the account) or Debit (funds withdrawn from the account).
Key Features
- Data Recognition: TTS reads transaction details, including descriptions, dates, and amounts.
- Client-Specific Uploads: Bank statements are uploaded and processed for a designated client. Therefore, it is recommended to start by defining your clients within the system (via the Clients Tab).
- AI Accuracy: While TTS leverages advanced AI technology, it is not infallible. Occasionally, it may misinterpret, omit, or distort transaction amounts. Therefore, it is essential to verify the accuracy of the summary in the Bank Statements Table after each upload.
Limitations
- TTS is not designed for processing statements with a large number of transactions. The recommended maximum is 150 transactions per statement.
Credit Card Statements TTS can also read transactions from credit card statements. These transactions are displayed using the same format as bank account transactions:
- Credits represent payments that reduce the credit card balance (reduce debt).
- Debits represent charges that increase the credit card balance (increase debt).
Important Note:
You receive free conversion credits to test whether TTS can read data from your bank statements or your clients' bank statements. We strongly recommend using these free credits to ensure compatibility before purchasing additional conversion packages. Please note that conversion credits are non-refundable.
Final Remarks
We hope TTS brings significant business benefits by saving time, reducing errors, and streamlining your workflow. Happy using!
