In Tax-Time-Saver (TTS), you can easily verify and copy summarized data for use in tax declarations. Here’s how to do it:
Navigate to the "Bank Transactions" Tab:
- Ensure you are in the "Bank Transactions" tab for the selected client.
View the Summary:
- Click the "Summary" button to display a summary of the bank statement data categorized and presented by month.
- This summary allows you to verify that data appears correctly within each category and across the relevant months.
- Use this view to identify any missing data or incorrect categorizations.
Copying Summarized Data:
- If you are not exporting data to Excel or QBO, you can copy the summary results directly.
- Use the "COPY" button next to the total for a specific category to copy the value.
Important Note:
- Before copying, carefully review the categorization of individual bank and credit card transactions.
- Ensure that bank statements have been reconciled and all transactions are accurately categorized.
By following these steps, you can efficiently verify and copy the necessary data directly into your tax declaration, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
